Hi & welcome to Urban Salon! I’m Shelly Noriega, co owner. My husband and I were blessed to take over ownership of Urban Salon on April 1, 2018. I am also a nail technician, and have been doing nails since February 1998. I offer sculpted acrylic nails, traditional manicures, gel polish manicures, spa pedicures, and various sorts of nail art. Hi! My name is Karen Rodriguez. I have been doing nails for 16 years and feel it was the best decision I could have made! I love people and love making them feel good with beautiful nails!
I specialize in acrylic nails (tips or sculptured nails), colored acrylics, all different shapes of nails, abstract artwork, adding foils, chromes and various other items as accents. I also do spa manicures and spa pedicures, gel nails, and give knowledgeable advice for trouble nails.
In my spare time, I'm passionate about sports, spending time with my family and hanging with friends relaxing and listening to good music.

Trish Guarasci
I'm Trish Guarasci and I've been doing nails since June 1990. She enjoys doing pedicures,natural nail manicures to include gel polish manicures. She does classic shapes and lengths of artificial nails as well as specialty shapes and lengths of artificial nails.She has been trained to use acrylic, hard gel and poly gel products. She has a vast array of nail art skills from basic polka dot, stamping art to intricate designs. She also does inlay,3-D,multi-media nail art, hand painting and many more options. She is currently taking new clients by appointment.

Hello! I’m Emily! I specialize in hair craft! I create hair magic through cuts, colors, beard trimming/styling, hair styling, hair treatments. I also offer facial waxing. I have 10 years of experience and love to consult, educate, and customize each experience in my chair. I want you to leave my chair with healthy, beautiful hair that reflects who you are as a person. Every hair ritual is focused with the complete and authentic you in mind. From the way your hair grows or lays, what you need it to do or not do, and what you desire your hair to look like, I customize my craft to piece it all together - the science and the magic. In the end, it's the hair you have to wear and you should be proud to wear it. Outside of the salon, I am a mom of two kids and one dog, plant collector, travel dreamer, and love listening to rock/metal. I would describe myself as slightly strange and super extroverted.
Ashley Hartnett
My name is Ashley Hartnett. I have been behind the chair since 2003. I moved to Topeka from Hays to attend Washburn University. After graduating in 2012, I pursued my hair career in Overland Park until 2016. In 2019 I obtained my Instructor's license and substitute teach cosmetology. I do haircuts for the whole family, color, blondes (babylights, balayage, you name it!), fashion/party colors, updos, body waxing and coming July 2022, lash lift & tint.

I’ve been doing all things hair and plants since 2011. I specialize in vivid colors, mens cuts and waxing. I believe in hair science and health and want to give everyone a great head of hair! I like taking on challenging hair situations and exceeding expectations.
